I posted a picture
of the KIND bars on Instagram raving about their deliciousness. I got a few DMs
asking for gluten free food recommendations. Here I am, writing a post on some
great gluten free finds on Amazon.
KIND Healthy Grains Granola Bars – I posted
these on Instagram yesterday. They’re heaven in a mouthful. As someone who doesn’t
love overly crunchy granola bars, these are absolutely perfect. Plus they’re
peanut butter and dark chocolate AND super affordable compared to some gluten
free foods.
KIND Health Grains Clusters – One of my favourite
breakfast or midday snack options! These taste delicious with coconut milk,
almond milk or on their own! Sometimes I slice up a banana on top, too.
RXBAR Whole Food Protein Bar – If I’m being
completely honest, I haven’t actually tried the RXBARs yet. However, I’ve heard
so many fantastic things about them that I had to share.
Bounce Natural Energy Balls – I would like
to blame my best friend, Sam, for my addiction to bounce balls. I love the
coconut macadamia ones for spring and summer, they have a nice light taste to
them. In the fall, the apple cinnamon ones are incredible – especially microwaved
for 30 seconds; they taste like warm apple pie!
Blue Diamond Nut Thins – One of the first
foods I tried when I was first diagnosed with Celiac disease. I still love them.
Growing up, one of my favourite snacks was crackers with garden vegetable cream
cheese on top. These are the perfect cracker for that!
Annie’s Homegrown Gluten Free Rice Pasta
Macaroni & Cheese – Honestly sometimes I still think I’m eating Kraft
Dinner with this! It’s such a great snack plus it comes in microwavable bowls
like KD does!
Kellogg’s Special K Nourish Dark Chocolate
Chunks & Almond Bars – Funny story about these. I was at a music
festival last summer and in true Felicity nature, I didn’t pack enough snacks.
My friend whose boyfriend is gluten free started rummaging through her purse to
find a snack for me. She found one of these bars and I literally debated her
over whether or not they were actually
gluten free. Surprise, it says they’re gluten free on the label AND they’re
good. Kudos to you, Special K for making gluten free bars.
Kinnikinnick Graham Style Animal Crackers –
Am I the only one who has a snack they loved as a child and now eat as an
adult? Yeah, they’re animal crackers for me. I used to low key steal my niece’s
when she was younger because they’re just so good! Therefore, I was super pumped
to find these crackers. I’d only give them a 3.5/5 for similarities to actual
animal crackers but they’re a great snack.
Udi’s Salted Caramel Cashew Soft Baked Cookies
– A few years ago, I made the mistake of purchasing a case of these cookies.
They’re so addictive. I quite honestly think I ate a box of them a day. They
remind me of a food version of Starbucks’ salted caramel mocha.
Quaker Crispy Minis Veggie Balsamic &
Bruschetta Chips – I found these at my local grocery store and am addicted.
I could eat them instead of a bag of chips in the evening. So much
deliciousness in one bag! I don’t even know what to say about them, haha.
Kettle Chips Backyard BBQ Chips – I feel
like lots of people are really confused as to why I included potato chips since
they’re made from potatoes AKA naturally gluten free. Unfortunately though, the
majority of BBQ chips aren’t gluten
free. As someone who has a slight obsession with BBQ chips, these are the best
gluten-free ones plus kettle chips are always delicious.
These are all such great options!
