  (Stocking Image via Pexel.com) Wow. I just realized that it’s been 4 months since I did my last true blog post. How time flies… Since then, I have actually managed to lose some weight! I’ve been going to the gym 3-6 times per week, plus eating healthy. As I have Celiac disease, I have to eat gluten free. Since March, I’ve also cut meat out of my diet. I just wasn’t feeling the greatest and thought that it was worth a try to cut it out. I have been feeling a million times better.
